Paüls
is a great old stone Spanish town just inland from Tortosa,
and still overlooking the big Ebro river. And at one of the
highest locations in town is this magnificent 4 bedroom house
that can sleep up to 8. Every bedroom has its own en suite
bathroom. This is an ideal place for a party of golfers
to stretch out after 18 holes on one of the areas beautiful
courses.
The
views from the terrace and the living room windows are spectacular,
and you can feel like you are one with the eagles that come
soaring by. If it gets too hot, drop down into the town pool
or go fishing or canoeing on the river (10 minutes drive away
in Xerta). After dark, enjoy the games room and all the quality
comforts of home. Eat in or stroll into town for an intimate
dinner at a local restaurant.
The
town is set up for extensive walking and hiking too, with
many well marked routes. You have full access to the town
pool (see below) and tennis courts as well, even in the evenings.
